I don't see this I'ble.
The whole point of the site is to share DIY knowledge with people.
What can you add beyond what's printed on the pizza box?
If it's food people want to see it, most other things benefit from pictures if they're worth doing.
(Yes)

Are you paying for bandwidth by the Kbit? And can you justify the cost of publishing the I'ble, this topic and comments?
(You can't waste things that are useless)

You should have noticed that there was a page explaining what is expected from a good instructable.

One of those things was images, preferably original photos.

As soon as you have added images to your steps, it will be ready for publishing.

'expected' does != 'required', as i understand language.  Nor was it required that the instructable be 'good'  ;)
Am i the only person thoughtful enough not to want to consume  useless bandwidth?

there is NO benefit to understanding my submission that any pic can improve.

From the submission page, which you should have read:
Have you taken photographs of each step for your Instructable? Clear well taken photos are the most important part of your Instructable. Please make sure you have included all of your images prior to publishing your Instructable. Submissions without necessary photos will not be published.
Bandwidth is not an issue here - the only thing that normally slows up a page is if your connection is slow at your end (or if you have over 1000 comments on your orange board).
