Double charge for membership Answered

I was charged twice on the same day when I signed up for my membership!  How can I get this corrected?

I've spoken to our accounts manager, expect a reply/resolution shortly.

If it hasn't already been resolved, send e-mail to the Customer Service address shown at the bottom of this (and every) I'bles Web page. The staff tries to deal with "real money" issues as quickly as possible.
