Elevator Arduino project with multiple calls Answered

Hello, I am working on a three floor elevator project at a moment, and I was wondering if there is anyway to program the arduino that enable the users to select "multiple floor selections" on hall call and car call buttons. How can I approach this method?

Please help me.

Thank you.

Can be as easy or as complicated as you like.
Some of the big skyscrapers use computer to calculate if it is best to go further up or to go down.
Others just do a full run and stop on every request on the way before reversing.
There are even systems that prevent calling the elevator from the outside unless it is not moving, so if it is on the way up but someone pressed on the level below he has to wait until the elevator comes back down again-of course going up is then only possible if there was no prior request to go down.
With just 3 levels it does not leave many options...
Store the value of the buttons, check the position and direction of the elevator, use a table or some IF loops to make it stop and go.

So before someone can help you with any coding you would need to know how your elevator should operate.
Make a proper flow chart for the conditions and go from there.
