Favorites?
Why is it that when I go to select a single post/project, that, as soon as I select "favorite" it tends to say that everything by that author is my favorite?

Try emailing service@instructables.com or support@instructables.com . They may be able to help you. Make sure you tell them your problem, your browser, and provide any other noteworthy information. They should be able to help you rather quickly.
Also, check to see if your app is up to the highest iOS update. It does have glitches sometimes. If you still can't get it to work, just use the mobile site on Safari, it will allow you to favorite things as well.

It shouldn't be doing that. Can you give me a person that that happened to for an example? What operating system and browser are you using?

It happens to me a lot, when I'm using the app for my iPhone.
