Flower identification, please? Answered

This beauty belongs to my friend in S. Cal.  

She says it blooms once a year then goes dormant (dies back) until the following year and repeats the cycle.

Sorry, this is the only picture I have.

Can anyone identify it?

This picture is not a fake; this Voodoo Lily was the inspiration for the movie “The Little Shop of Horrors”.

I found it the Voodoo Lily it is a carnivorous plant.

That is the wickedest Picture Plant it eats humming birds (Not a joke).

feed it a small bird and it will reproduce.
