Eejits with matches are nothing new. Kitewife's grandfather used to help her set of "bangers" on their lawn. Under a paint tin.

The craters used to be visible for months, and bangers are illegal now (small firework, the size of your finger, you lit the end, it fizzed for a few seconds and then went BANG, even if you hadn't let go in time).

Yes, but some people have the ability to not see that and only see people having fun with fireworks.

Yeah, I suppose that goes with just about anything that explodes, burns, is sharp, flies through the air, or has electricity in it.
