I always have to question the motives when questions like this come up, for all I know this could have been stolen! But anyway, there is no reason why a Bitlocker encrypted drive can't be formatted in the normal manner once you have booted to a command prompt or via Windows set-up. But if in doubt, a "diskpart clean" command on the drive will sort it. But like Downunder said, Google it and you will find the answer.

Just buy a new SSD drive and replace the hard dive.

I have really no problems at all finding the answer using Google, maybe you should try it too? ;)
