Freerunning/Parkour Gear Answered

All I cared for in my younger years was some fingerless lether gloves and a good pair of running shoes that go over the ankle joints.

Normal running shoes are slightly better in terms of agility but I found the extra protection of the hiher ones better.

Sometimes a landing does not go to plan and cuts around the ankles are no fun.

Apart from that all we cared about was the fun and trying new (and often more dangerous) routes and jumps.
