First I'd ask in a comment in the Instructable you want to build. The author probably knows if they built it. Though if they live in a different country it can make the question very hard to answer.
I have started putting links in my 'Ibles because people always ask, though often the link isn't to where I got mine because I already had one or I found it at a local store. I usually just hit Google Shopping and search until I find a well-rated seller.
For electronics parts... It depends what you're building. There is no 'one-stop-shop' for robots or electronics (as far as I know). When building a project from scratch I usually have to order from two or three suppliers to get everything.
The 'we have everything electronic' companies are Jameco and Mouser. However they don't have a lot of mechanical parts. For those you might try Sparkfun, Trossen Robotics, or Hobby King to name a few that I've bought from. McMaster-Carr has things that are hard to find elsewhere.
I don't know what the shipping rates are for the above companies or if they have the best prices or selection, but I have bought from them more than once. I'm almost certainly forgetting a few good ones.

Some instructables mention where they got the less common parts. Might not be a bad idea to encourage that.
Personally, I prefer to avoid doing so unless it's someone I'm _really_ enthusiastic about and willing to recommend.

Thanks so much for answering.
I know that but the problem is sometimes you don't really know if a site is trustable or not! and also it is very hard to buy 1 part from 1 site because shipping it will cost a lots!! so if there is a site or 2 or 3 known sites that instructables guys here use it that would be great.

All of these are on the net and ship world wide. Hobby shops, metal dealers, electronics stores, electronics surplus, ebay, robotics stores. All you have to do is figure out what you need and google to find the sources. Sometimes it won't be the first one you try but you can ALWAYS find what you need on the net.
