are you guys serious???? I'm 6'5 tall..... I realize I'm built like a tank and on top of that have a couple extra pounds.......... but I'm 275 lbs!!!! 6'9 and 136??? you have 4 inches on me and I'm 3 pounds more then double you??? either I'm way fatter then I thought or you disappear behind flag poles. 140 at 6'2 is pretty close to the under weight mark as far as I'm concerned..... eat some food and hit the gym.......... 6'9 boy needs to see a doctor or give me the his christian childrens fund sponsor number so we can send him some food

I'd suggest aiming to build more useful (ie from athletic endeavors, not just weights) muscles; 140 is a perfectly fine weight for your height.

Short term: Achieve a successful sophomore school year, with grades I am pleased with. No regrets! Long term: To attend a college/university where I am happy, and where I can major in the fields I am interested in.
