Going Pro Membership Failure Answered

I have gone PRO...but can't get any PDF Downloads...They keep asking to sigh up for PRO membership...What can I say...again asked again and again...I already have PRO membership...What is going on!!!...Please Let Me Know...Jeff Smith

I had a lot of bugs before and after going pro. Swapping my browser from Internet Explorer to Firefox (it was free) solved everything.

Removed from "Outside." As Steve said, if deleting cookies and clearing your cache doesn't fix the problem, then post a bug report or send e-mail to service (at) instructables.com.

Refreshed your cookies ? That seems to fix things for a lot of people. Failing that post in the forum topic "Bugs" and/or contact admin
