Going from "comments" to orange board freezes browser. Answered

If I go to my "comments" list ("You" -> "Discussions" -> "comments"), and click on a comment made on my orangeboard, the little pop-up version of the comment appears, and my whole browser freezes - I can't even change tabs.

On my Wondows/Firefox PC, I have to close the browser and start from scratch.

On my Linux/Firefox EePC, I cannot even close the browser - I have to restart the machine.

(This has been happening for a week or two, I just keep forgetting to post the report.)

Kiteman, I have a challenge for you.  I want to challenge you to load up EVERY SINGLE COMMENT on my orangeboard.  At once.  Yeah.

It's because of the sheer number of comments you have on your board.  The more content you load, the more data your computer has to handle at once.

If your CPU is older, it will probably freeze.

No worries; I have more comments than you on my orangeboard, and the most it does to my PC is slow it down a bit.

I am explaining why the sheer amount of comments freezes his computer, unlike you.

With a brain like Kiteman's it would have been obvious.

I'm no expert at computers by any means. But could it be because of the large mass of comments there??

Running Safari 4 on Snow Leopard, no problems here, but the 'hover preview' only works some of the time in my browser.
