heres the asm file that i was trying to convert into HEX file but i was getting many errors by this software MPLAB IDE

What type of errors were you receiving? Undefined symbols, invalid opcodes, missing arguments, or what? When MPLAB IDE returns its list of errors, you can double click on each and it takes you right to the line with the error.

What was the original assembler assembled on - I have three assemblers for one of my processors, and while they accept all the standard op-codes for the processort, some of the glue code is incompatible between them.
