How would this be illegal? Theres no exhaust laws on mopeds scooter and motorcycles!

We used chewing gum baseball cards for that purpose when I was growing up ;-)
but seriously, you could probably hook up some noise maker to your exhaust, a spinny thing that whirs and makes trurbo-ee kinds of noises but unless you plan ion installing a super bike motor and exhaust system, there's only so much one can do.

Problem is your scooter is more than likely a 2 stroke and operating at a higher frequency than the superbike you would like it to be. There isn't any easy way to lower the frequency so you stuck with what you have.

No motor, no power - no sound, pretty simple.
Modifying the exhaust to be louder is usually illegal in most counrties.
If you want a superbike you might want to consider buying one.
By the way: having a scooter sound like a superbike will not amaze anyone, only annoy everyone.

Probably need an arduino and a 500w amp with speakers, I don't see how else you can make a 150cc single cylinder sound like a 1000cc 4 cylinder.
