HOWTO edit a comment Answered


I am a relatively new member. I just posted a comment on an Instructable.  After posting, I discovered that I had made an error of fact. My question is: Is there a way to edit (one's own) posted comments after the initial posting?

You cannot edit the actual comment.

However, you can delete it.

If I make a mistake in a post like that, I copy the text, delete the post, paste the text into a new comment, and then fix the error before hitting "post" again.
