Header update Answered

A change up top, and a bunch of cleanup under the hood!  We've been working on the header bit by bit to try and make it clearer without taking up too much page space.  I think it's going well...

We've also been cleaning up code underneath, so please let us know by posting a bug category forum topic, if you find anything we broke.  Most of the invisible changes are javascript and CSS.
