I need a way to heat up the air around the fan, so it will blow hot air twords me. i was going to try a thermoelectric cooler. but i cant find one, so is there any other way? And it has to be school safe, no fire involved

100 Watt Incandescent bulb. Those things get really hot, really fast! Try put one or two infront of the fan, see if they heat the air up. Cheap... Maybe effective! Best part is that you can try it out with stuff already kicking around the house.

everything that heats to high temperature and air passes thru it. like wire from toaster stretched in a shape of snake before or after the fan (after is preferred) factory made heat fans use a 3D block of wire that goes in kinda spikes and is hed by 2 thin plates that look like mica or some heat resistant PCB. from the front this block looks like in the image the thing is safe as long as the fan is running. a heat fan catches on fire in seconds if the fan stops. so protect it with fast reacting overheat sensor placed very close to the wire or air flow switch that switches on the heat only if air flows
