Help! I need to get rid of my moobs, fast! Answered

Hey guys, it's me again! I've recently stopped doing push-ups and sit-ups daily (got caught up in playing PS3) and small moobs (man-boobs) had surfaced on my chest. I used to be pretty skinny, but I gained around 5 kilograms because I slacked off. I need to get rid of them quickly because I'm gonna go to my ex-girlfriend's party two weeks from now and I will probably have to take my shirt of at said party (don't ask why) and I don't want the girls to see me with man-boobs. Help!

I play soccer everyday, and soccer burns around as much fat as basketball, so I got that covered. I used to do like 200 sit-ups everyday but now I'm down to about 40-50. How many sit-ups do you do per day?

Oh and I think soccer and basketball exercise different areas.

Maybe. But the amount of fat that they burn is more-or-less the same.

Not too late. I exercised my bum off these past 3 days and I lost 2 kilos. I'm still far from getting my old, thin body back, but it's definitely not too late.

And my moobs aren't the ones those extremely overweight people have, mine are just small bumps. Heck, I did one of those body-mass calculations online, and according to it I'm not even overweight yet, so it's definitely not too late.

In which case, stop worrying about it - you shouldn't attach too much importance to minor aspects of appearance. What you say & do will be noticed more.

Lol! No need to slice them off, my friend. They're gone now, I've successfully exercised them off. Well, not completely gone, but you know, good enough. And I think you know why I need to take my shirt off at the party. It involves a king-sized bed and getting back together with my girlfriend for one night.

Thanks for the advice. But I don't need to limit my eating or anything, up to last month, I've been pretty darn thin while still eating like a lion. I've started exercising again these past few days and my man-boobs are beginning to disappear. Your advice might be good for someone with really bad metabolism, but I don't need to go that far =P

Good diet and exercise, you can't burn fat from one place...

Firming up your pecs might make them look less moobish... Two weeks isn't a long time though...

Push-ups...if you can do the one-hander, they may be impressed enough not to notice your moobs.

Ooh... push-ups are easy. Now the one-hander, that's hard as holy heck. Does it have some kind of trick to it? One that I can use? I sure as heII can't do it the normal way.

Try first standing up facing the wall to do push-ups.  Gradually change your position sliding hand down and feet further back.  Of course you risk planting your face in the wall until you get your strength or find the best postion to sort of twist your body.  And try pull-ups or chin-ups too for upper body strength.
