Help! Need a tech to build a board. Schematic included Answered

I don't know where you are from but it should be possible for you to find a local electronics joint that can help you out.
I my early years I sometimes put an ad in the local newspaper seeking for people that could quickly etch a circuit board for me or even add the electronics.
In some cases these guys were even nice enough to do the full testing once finnished.
Often it was just a student who was into electronics himself and they used the little money for their work to get more supplies - worked fine both ways.
