A blackmailer is a very serious CRIME in my country.

You should talk with the police in country and they can advise you about procedure.

Step one - talk to the manager of the store.

If that does not work, step two - contact Vodafone customer services via their website.

If that does not work, step three - contact your local police.

It's a Publicly Traded Company. So look up their number in a search engine (rather then calling back the number) and ask to speak to a manager. Describe your problem and include the phone number "They" Called you from.

If it's phishing, they will investigate, And if it's them they will tell you why it's happening.

If you don't like their answer, drop the company. If they still call you Contact your local Police. **Rather then Attempting to sue them, I would suggest simply not picking up the phone !

Also be sure to keep a call log and Ask For NAMES

The phone companies routinely check to determine if you're the account owner. If you don't like it, pay your last bill and drop them. Be forewarned though, that most if not all do this to ensure YOUR protection. You are very very very very unlikely to win a suit rgearding provision of details like name, account, and security passwrod.

What exactly is your problem here?

I have some problems understanding your question, sorry.

Am I correct to assume that english is not your first language?

If you have evidence about the person and the mails, contact details you can simply go to the police.

You can't make a court case for nothing.
