Maybe you could grow sugar crystal and write a message on the stick?

+1 for Kiteman.
Some companies can laser etch custom images into glass blocks. No mirror effect, but totally transparent and good-looking (albeit not very DIY).

To be blunt, your idea is very cool, but it won't work.
Crystals grown from nucleation points - little specs of dust, tiny ridges in a circle etc. A flat surface is effectively hundreds, maybe thousands of nucleation points, to you will get a crust of separate crystals forming over your words. Those crystals will scatter the light and hide your words (think about trying to look through snow or a handful of salt).
You'd be better off casting a fake crystal around your words, using clear resin.

thanks for your help but I think I'm gonna try Down under35m's solution first before give up

Not a problem - don't forget to take photos as you go, so you can write an instructable on it.

I'll definitely do that as you can see I even did it for fail one ?

For the crystal to grow or stick to a surface you have to provide a base for crystalinisation!
That is why rocks or wood work but not plastic.
To make them grow on such surfaces try a primer like used for painting followed by a fine filler.
This should give the required adhesion and provide enough rough surface to attract the crystals.
It also helps to sprinkle very fine powder of the same chemical over the still wet filler.
The fine crystals will partially bond with the filler material and provide an excellent base for further growth.
But it is very important to use a solution that is already over saturated and started to form tiny crystals as otherwise the embedded crystals will dissolve again.
With masks you also limit the growth that way.
For example to grow a crystal logo.

maybe cut out a shiluette of the word In black, laminate it, get a cup full of really really salty water, dip the tip of the laminated paper in the water and let it sit for a few weeks. It might not work but it's worth a shot

I thought about it but idk if it will works cause made an experiment with plastic buttons tried both sugar and salt since I didn't want to waste any crystal powder or chemicals which I'll buy, but it ended up crystals didn't grow on button instead salt crystal grown on toothpick which is not touched to solution an idk if I did something wrong or crystal doesn't meant to be grow on plastic?

try getting a lighter and oxidizing the plastic

thanks good idea I'll try but even if it works I can't oxidize the plastic which I'll use for text cause it will be degenerated

Don't see how you can do it as the crystal will grow.
Maybe laser engraving, but you won't get a reflective surface.

Thanks anyway but there must be a way to do this
