You could burn the caps to red-hot, cool them, surface-treat them (I'm thinking concentrated nitric or phosphoric-acid) and then enamel them (with a transfer or print process in there).
It could produce super-caps but would be a lot of effort and expense.

Otherwise, try printing on (expensive) white transfer for ironing-onto T-shirts - it stays white in my experience.

When you say "pictures", what sort of paper are they printed on?

Ordinary printer paper will yellow in sunlight (it's the UV) - you need to print your pictures on photo-quality paper with pigment inks.

Hi, I ordered from different sellers on Etsy and Ebay. The precut 1" circles. Some are shiny like photos and some are thick card stock. It seems only the black and whites whether paper or photo turn yellow and non shiny? So not sure about the paper...I'm going to say shiny photos and card stock. Thanks Tara Rose
