Holidays!
This is my last post for a while - I'm off to Kenya tomorrow!
I won't be online until at least the 6th August.
Yes, I'll post photos when I get back (I hope I can remember how to embed a slideshow in a forum topic (PM me, somebody?))
Oh, and don't forget... [spam link].
UPDATE
I'm back!
I will post photos, but I have over 4000 to sort through...
UPDATE
I have put together a small slideshow - a tiny sample of the photos we took.

Yay! You survived. Did you visit any of the anti-YEC sites while you were there, or just see the awesome perfection of God's creation?

Haha!
We visited:
Treetops
Outspan
Lake Naivasha
Samburu
Masai Mara
We saw lion, cheetah, leopard, white rhino, black rhino, all three giraffe species, every herd species from dik dik to oryx. We saw herds of elephant, topi and buffalo. We saw the migration of wildebeest and zebra from Tanzania. We saw hundreds of species of bird.
We saw vista so wide and magnificent we gave up trying to capture them on camera.
"Awesome" just doesn't cut it. I can't think of any superlative that does.
(We couldn't help but giggle at the huge number of signs advertising local churches that were sponsored by Coke, and be perplexed at a sign over a gate that said Allah, Who Alone Must Be Worshipped, Kenya Police Academy)

Oh, it was.
If you ever, ever get the chance to visit the wildlife areas of Africa, then grab it.

Haha, the first time I went to Kenya, back in '83, the first elephant I encountered was rather peeved because a drunk local was throwing sticks at it.

ROFL. That wilhelm scream sounds very similar to the screams in Zoo Tycoon when you release the T-Rex...I mean, when it "accidentally" jumps the too-low fence you built for it...
