http://www.cooksongold.com/Jewellery-Tools/Ultra-6050-Ultrasonic-550ml-Tank-prcode-997-1306 Like ICAng I think your looking for an ultrasonic cleaner (see link) Generating steam at pressure is dangerous. 5 bar - 75psi is going to be far too high for cleaning. Jewellery needs to be treated gently. Although I have an ultrasonic bath I generally find warm soapy water and a soft brush work just as well for most things.

Thank you for quick answering but I really mean JEWELRY STEAM CLEANER like this one, working pressure is 4-5 bar http://www.ebay.com/itm/STEAMSHINE-tm-JEWELRY-STEAM-CLEANER-CL2020-LOTUS-/360370132499?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item53e7bbd613 I know what an ultrasonic cleaner is and I have been using it for 5 years. After cleaning with ultrasonic cleaner steam cleaner is used for best results. Commercial steam cleaners are too expensive starting from $500-600 plus shippment fee plus customs and taxes that's why I want to make a cheaper one.
It sounds like you are describing an ultrasonic generator that causes water to micro implode at great pressures around the fine details of jewelry without harming the settings but dislodging the dirt. The ultrasonic tank is made to cause this vibration through the use of Magnetostriction a very interesting property of inductive methods. The assembly may generate water vapors giving the appearance of steam. A
