How can I arrange lenses in a way that will help me focus on close objects? Answered

I want to build night vision goggles, and I decided to connect a camera to a screen that would be mounted on sun glasses. The only problem is, that the screen is too close to my eye to focus on. Is there an arrangement of lenses that would solve my problem?

Yeah, find a severely negative lens, and play around to see if you can make the image appear at infinity - it'll be very tricky, because you've no room to play with.

Apart from experimenting with a magnifying glass - you would be better off seeing an optician.

Engineers have been working on that problem for some time now so that you can have your own heads up like display. There are companies that produce contacts made specially for that but you also need to use a custom display that has the pixel density to produce a clear image at that close of a range. The problem is the human eye needs objects to be about 4 to 6 inches away to get a clear view.
