Why would you have gotten banned? Your not a spammer. Sometimes comments you make can get deleted. That doesn't usually count against you. Sometimes someone will delete an entire Instructable and all the comments get deleted. Again not your fault. Sometimes someone is super sensitive about a topic and may ask to have comments deleted. Again, not your fault. I have had comments deleted. Often I didn't even realize they were deleted.
If you had a pattern of abusive comments and obscene language you would probably get banned from commenting. THat does not appear to be the case.
...because for the first time I wrote a brief, polite comment, carefully mentioning that I would have liked shorter and simple "technical" graphics instead of many words and a few irritating pictures, which one have to connect first to eachother, in order to understand... Afterwards I couldn´t answer after the instruchtable "owner" reacted actually ok and seemingly NOT hurt. I was just astonished, guessing that I had been banned, not really getting the whole horizon of the "beeing nice politics" over here...?!?
Well as far as I can tell your comments are still there. So, don't worry about it.
By the way, the be nice policy does not mean that you can't give or offer constructive critisim. There is a big difference between telling someone their project needs improvement and telling someone they are stupid. The first is constructive, the second is destructive and abusive.
There are two schools of thought towards the way the world works,
One is called the cock-up theory, the other is the conspiracy theory....Instructables relies on the cock-up.....There are bugs here that interfere with each other and throw up weird behaviour for months or years....
Actual "bans" are very very rare, and you have to have posted something really awful, repeatedly - or spam us.

By the way, I would suggest that you fill in a little more of your profile. Just some basic stuff like what part of the world you are from.
