Please share something you know on making this kind of filling, Thanks! :)

With peaches and Mangos... I'm just kidding :) Here is a recipe I found online, I hope that helps! (It is part of a pie so you might have to expierement a little bit to get it right)

Pie Crust
- 2 1/4 C all purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2/3 C shortening
- 3 tbsp. very cold butter or margarine
- 4-6 tbsp. cold water

1. Place flour in a medium sized bowl. Stir in salt and mix well.
2. Add shortening and butter. Using a pastry blender or fork, cut in shortening and butter until resembles corse crumbs.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of cold water at a time and stir with a fork until mixture becomes a slightly moistened dough. It is okay if there are still some crumbs at the bottom of the bowl.
4. Dump the mixture onto a slightly floured piece of wax paper and press mixture together, kneading lightly.
5. Shape into 2 flat discs, wrap tightly with plastic wrap and frefrigerate for 1+ hours.
6. When ready to use, put dough between two pieces of wax paper and roll out.

* I only left the dough in the fridge for about 15 minutes. I used a floured cutting board and floured rolling pin to roll out the dough. I sometimes find this easier than using the wax paper, especially with the low refridgeration time.
* for the amount filling below, i made one and a half of this recipe.
* this is a very versatile pie crust, it can be used for any sort of pie that requires a basic flakey crust

- 1 24 oz. bag frozen mangos, thawed [or equivalent of fresh mangoes chopped]
- 1 24 oz. can peaches, drained [or equivalent of fresh peaches]
- 1/3 C flour
- 1/2 C white sugar
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1/4 C cold butter or margarine
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- pinch nutmeg

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix flour, sugars, spices and butter. Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs or sand.
2. Mix in chopped mangos and peaches. This is your filling.
3. Roll out about 1/4 cup of dough into a large oval. Spoon about 1/2 cup of the filling into the oval. Fold over to make a half circle. Using the prongs of a fork, seal the edges. Poke holes in the top.
4. Repeat until all dough and filling is used up.
5. Place pies onto a greased baking sheet. Brush with some melted butter and sprinkle sugar on top.
6. Bake until golden brown, about 40-50 minutes.
