You go to "YOU" (top right corner) and then YOU again and the click on the icon SETTINGS (a clog) and at the right side a box named "unredeemed memberships" where you'll see you membership status and a button "More Memberships". Click on this button and you'll open a page with your membership plan and the option to cancel the auto-renewal. Cheers

Thank you but I want to cancel my current membership, not cancel the renewal.

What were you looking for?
This is a big site, maybe you just haven't found it yet. (The forums are often a good place to start if you need help with something - the Q&A section is intended for providing seeking and providing technical help).

Sorry, I didn't know.

I would give it time, then - browse around, search via key-words (what topics are your classes covering in the next few weeks?), poke randomly and see what falls out.
There are projects here that are suitable for almost any age*, or that you could make outside of lessons and take in.
In the mean-time, though, teachers are entitled to a free premium membership - if you drop an email to service@instructables.com, and explain that you paid before you discovered you could have it for free, they may be able to refund your money.
*For instance, here are a few for pre-schoolers: https://www.instructables.com/id/Teachers-Resource...

Being a teacher I would expect the person to be able to either
a) post this in the correct section or
b) to send an Email to the support team.
In any case I fail to see the problem and urgency....

What is the correct section?

Why? I don't think the site gives refunds - Just stop using it.
You have free opportunity to revue the site before you paid for membership.
Just my opinion.
PS as a secondary teacher I think this is an excellent source for inspiration - even if the ideas have to be modified slightly.
