If you go to your blog in Firefox, there will be an orange RSS icon on the far right end of the address bar.
If you go there in IE8 (and possibly earlier versions, but not sure), there will be an orange RSS icon just to the right of the Home icon in the toolbar.
Either of those should give access to the feed, and you can subscribe with either Live Bookmarks or some other reader.
