How do I start a new group on Instructables? Answered

Hello everyone, I was wondering how to start a new group on this website. I've searched all over and I can't find anything.

I don't think this feature exists for regular users anymore :(

Yeah, seems like it because you used to be able to do so via https://www.instructables.com/edit/new?type=group and it gives me now access forbidden.
