Set the batteries on top of the motor securely, so that they do not slide off. Wrap wire around the base of the motor, then over the top of the batteries. Tighten by twisting the wire with pliers.
The pos pole of the motor goes to the pos pole of the battery. The neg pole of the motor goes to the neg pole of the battery. It's usually a good idea to put a switch somewhere in the circuit. If the motor runs the wrong direction switch the pole connections.
