i believe you can save the file just as a straight .wmv or .avi with realplayer then i think you should be able to bring them into itunes

RealPlayer export files in many formats like MP4, RM, RMVB, RA, RV, AVI, FLV, 3GP, 3GP2, WMV, MP3, M4A, etc.

If the output formats are not compatible with iTunes, you can't directly drag them to itunes. In this case, you'd better to convert your RealPlayer video or audio to iTunes formats and then add them to iTunes.

Here is a guide to tell you how to import iTunes unsupported formats to iTunes successfully: http://www.faasoft.com/articles/itunes-mkv.html

It applies to import RealPlayer video and audio to iTunes too.

1-Go into RealPlayer and select a video
2-Look at the blue sidebar on the left side of the screen.  There should be a button that says "Copy to apple ipod" with a drop down arrow next to it.  Click it.
3-A pop up should come up with a picture of the video at the top, and next to the picture it should say "Converting to apple ipod".  At the bottom should be a status bar that fills up green as it loads.  When it's done, another pop up should come up that says "Adding to itunes".
4-When the conversion is done, itunes will come up displaying the video page.  Your selected RealPlayer video is now in your itunes library.
Hope this helped! :)

Wrong format I guess. iTunes doesn't have a converter for Real files?
