How do we integrate several transistors inside an Integrated chip?
If it is done by soldering, how would we solder such millions of transistors inside such a small chip?

What chip and what are you trying to accomplish?
You won't be able to open the chip and get at the actual transistors. They are microscopic in size and etched out of the layers of silicone and other materials that make up the actual chip.

Thank you! I'm actually a fresher in electronics group and so 'm not at all aware of the design and fabrication of IC's!

Get in the library and start reading. Asking questions like that without the slightest bit of research isn't a good plan for your future.

You need a special machine, or set of machines. You can't just do this at home. eBay, often from a chinese company, is usually the cheapest way to buy electronic components.
If you are trying to make a non standard chip you can make a full design and get it fabed by a company with the special machines and materials.
