How does one access and publish "Collections" ? Answered

Okay, I have set up a couple of collections, but I can't figure out how to access them or publish them. Any thoughts?

Your Collections should be under your profile on your you page.

otherwise search collections.

If you are looking for someones collection follow them and click on their collections.

If you go to the "search answers" above here and type in collections. I believe your answer will be revealed.
