You can try giving very good and informative answers.
Or by making insightful comments on the forums.
You have to have something to contribute and/or be interesting so that people WANT to see what you post.
Begging for them or advertising that you're trying to get them probably won't get you many. Maybe a few out of pity.
Why not ignore how many subscribe and instead focus on how many people comment positively on what you post. I don't know how many are subscribing to me and don't really care about the numbers (but thanks to those who do subscribe to me).

This is not YouTube - the number of subscribers you have is not taken as a measure of worth or value.
