How to ask ? re an Instructable? Answered

Hi, I'm brand new here, just signed on. I want to ask a question re a post. When I click on "Comment," I get the login (which I did repeatedly) and reference to the Pro membership. Do I have to be a Pro member to ask someone something about their posting? Thanks.

You have to be logged in to pass comment. If your using firefox it may take a while for the login to action - look at top right of the page to see if your logged in or not. If you are it will say YOU.

Thx. I think my problem came from just joining and not refreshing. Later I was able to write a comment on a different post and it was fine. Thanks!

Hi, You do not need to be a pro to post a comment. When encountering problems like this it helps to:

- Disabling any script blocking add-ons to your browser, like Ad-Block, GreaseMonkey, or LastPass
- Making sure you have cookies enabled for your browser
- Clearing your browser's cache
