There should be an option when you go to your "You" page, then select the "You" tab and scroll down, but that tab is not working for me right now to confirm that.
If that doesn't work, you need to email HQ at service@instructables.com and ask them to do it for you. Make sure you use the email address already associated with your account, and be very clear about your new name, as you only get one chance to change it.
If still allowed than there would be an option in the profile settings. Your Instructable had no views yet, so it might be easier to copy the entire Ible (using the HTML view) and to delete the Ible (unpublish). After that register with a new name and create a new Ible where you copy the saved content to. Only other way out would be a request to the support team but I am not sure if they like the idea of changing the name. It is something one should think of carefully before signing up.
