How to create a 10w load that turns on once the voltage has risen to 4.09vdc and above?
I want to top balance lithium-iron batteries however, all the BMS that I have seen are rated at 4.25v with an error of +- 0.05v.
Is it possible to use zener diodes, diodes and/or 3.2-3.6v LEDs to create a load that turns on at 4.09v with an error of 0.05v?

Ok never-mind, I was looking at passive bms models whereas, if I look at active bms then I just have to set the pack voltage to 4.1v (4s 4.1v x 16.4v) or 4.0v and the active bms will manage it.
