The right answer at this question is that:

You can feel sound vbrations on your skin only if you are closer enough to a speaker. Deaf people feel bass and medium vibrations very good. And by feeling that mean with their body..

everything you ever felt on your skin that wasn't hot/cold was sound. the "speed of push" is... the speed of sound.

Sound is vibrations... your eardrum vibrates which is how you hear the sounds. That being said, not a lot of pressure is necessary to make your eardrum vibrate. So yes, you can feel sound if there is enough pressure, however you are going to ruin your eardrum in the process (at least in theory).

If you fell a tree, and you're in the forest, there is sound.

Most deaf people can feel the vibration if they touch a speaker.

OR get a tuning fork and strike it then tough your skin - You will feel it.

Take a dining fork - Tie a couple of strings to the handle - Hole the ends in your ears with your fingers and let the fork hit the table edge - Your experiencing the vibrations of the fork (sound)

Turn the volume-up and move closer to the speakers.

Why didn't you just EDIT the previous one? And then delete this one.
