How to make a dress or shirt when you dont have a mannequin or a model? Plz Help!?
this this shirt i started making, imagine two big circles overlapping eachother. Thats my shirt. How do i fit it together? I dont know anything about measurements or anything. I dont have mannequin (I've been trying to make one out of aluminum foil. FAIL) What do I do? I dont have a model either. Plz Help Soon! I wanna wear this to a party!

What is the theme of the party. Can you describe the type of top/shirt it is? Such as Mexican ponch, dracula cape, loose tunic, hawain muu muu, etc. If you need a draped effect then fabric or plastic will be best. Anything like paper or foil will not survive any movement.
I have made many "costumes" over the years and all were made from remnants, old clothes etc. I never believed in buying such things and simply put on my "imagination" hat. I even made a quick costume on board ship when we emmigrated to Australia (I won) I have made stage costumes also, all from my mind. Hope it all worked out well.

Could go and buy some tape to do it today, though I'd like surgical scissors to remove it, thank-you-very-much.

There are a few ways to do it.
You can create your own flat pattern, but if you don't have much experience, it's going to be a WHOLE lot of reading and a bit time consuming. The most popular book on flat patternmaking is Patternmaking for Fashion Design.
You can buy a commercial pattern that best fits your design and alter it according to your needs. This is quick, inexpensive, and relatively easy to do. However, you will have to take measurements of your waist, bust, etc.
You can study a shirt you already have and cut the pieces to best match its design/construction. Then it's a matter of sewing.
From what you said, it sounds like you're trying to make a tunic of some sort with dolman or kimono sleeves. Here's a tutorial on how to sew a tunic generally which can be altered for what you want to do.
