How to make a pairing Device Answered

Can anyone make a pairing device on radio or whatever signal which gets activated and initiate signal which can trigger an alarm when both already paired units lose mutual connection due to increase of distance? I want to use this with my car and put the alarm device in my room. If car is moved, say 10 feet away from the pairing device it should trigger an alarm.

How about using two bluetooth modules on 2 arduinos (or arduino + your smartphone) comunnicating with eachother, and as soon they loose connection, the alarm triggers. Dont know if bluetooth is distance enough for you. Depends on walls, position, etc...

Something like this:

Thank you very much for the help. I am ready to finance the project, but am just not educated enough in this field to make any thing. Can you do it?

So if your car is moving without you in it or being stolen you will know, it's a good idea but I have no idea if you can you may have to build a transmitter and a receiver and if the transmitter moves out of the receivers range it triggers the receiver.
