How to make potassium nitrate (aka. kno3 / saltpeter) from fertilizer ???? Answered

Hello i would like to hear if anyone knows how to extract kno3 from fertilizer?
i got a fertilizer with 28% kno3
but i dont know exactly how to get the
kno3 out of it :)

I am not sure how to isolate KNO3 from fertilizer. But you can get KNO3 from Specracide Stump Remover. You can buy this from Walmart or From Lowes and it is 98% KNO3. This is great stuff but I am not sure how much longer you are going to be able to buy this stuff so easily because of naughty people running around blowing things up

Although in general against advice to unknown people about chemicals that explode look >>>>>>>>>>

If you can't do an efficient search i am not that sure you should be messing with these things.

Just wondering: how do you know that the fertilizer is 28% KNO3? Most fertilizers merely give the NPK values, which are percentages, but not of a specific substance.
