This is an easy one to do. On the fuel filter there is a white clip at each end, shaped somewhat like a horseshoe. Use a flat blade screwdriver to get it started and the clip will just pull out. When the clips are off the lines just pull off, then push the lines over the nipple of the new filter and press the replacement clip back in the fitting the old clip came out of. Once the center clamp holding the old filter to the car is removed it should take less than 4 minutes to pull the clips and switch the filter.
