How to set the gas sensor so its already have a value in ppm which read by microcontroller? so i dont need to convert the Vrl output from gas sensor into  value of gas in ppm on microcontroller.

You're making this difficult for yourself. Read it, scale it, display it. Job done. Depending on the output, you may need to add an amplifier.
