I got a Barracuda 2 Interact Controller Game Pad for Sony Playstation SV-1133 on freecycle but don't know how it works. can someone please help me or give me a manual at least?

Have you searched the manufacturer's website yet? These days, owners' manuals for many things can be found on line; it saves the companies time and money responding to inquiries from folks who lost theirs.

Best I can suggest is to check the packaging to see if there's an address or phone number you can contact. Though odds are that they'll just be an importer and relabeller.
