You should be fine, but words of advice to stay away from anything Fram, i once had a Fram oil filter collapse and starve my engine of oil. spend a little extra and buy k&n it'll last longer than your vehicle and you get better mpg.

If the vehicle is new or not very old (i.e, still within warranty) there are advantages to having it serviced by approved Chrysler dealers (using approved parts): 1 - resale / trade-in value may be higher 2 - if something fails not long out-of-warranty you've got a bit of leverage / goodwill L

It shouldn't. Fram is a brand. Do you void your warranty if you use BP gas instead of Shell?
