I want to make a small amplifier from my guitar to my headsets using LM386? Answered

What else I need to add to the circuit from tinyurl.com/c384oba ? (Except the battery?) I mean, do I need to make galvanic separation or I just connect the guitar`s jack to the amplification circuit?
