These instructions assume that you know how to type Chinese characters, but are unable to do so with your current setup.

If you're using Windows follow the instructions here:
http://www.andante.org/ime_install.html or here:
http://newton.uor.edu/Departments&Programs/AsianStudiesDept/Language/asianlanguageinstallation_XP.html

On a Mac open your System Preferences, click on "International" and then click on the "Input Menu" tab. From there select the input method you want. I'd also check "Show input menu in menu bar" at the bottom so you can switch between languages easily.

If you don't know how to type in Chinese then I recommend using hiyadudez method.

There is a way (sorry, but I don't know exactly how) to download software off of the internet that puts a Chinese feature in Microsoft Word.

Go to Google Translate ( http://www.translate.google.com/translate_t ) Change the first Language to Enlish, then Change the second language to 'Chinese (Traditional)'.

Then copy and paste the chinese words.

Hope this helps.

Hiyadudez.
