I'm going to join two 1.25 litre bottles together for a 80 psi water rocket. Is it ok?
I'm going to join two 1.25 litre bottles together for a 80 psi water rocket. Is it ok or should i make it more longer with a third bottle? what should be the ideal volume of the bottle for good efficiency at 80 psi?

There are lots of sites covering water rockets if you search google.
As a rule of thumb no matter what the volume of the bottle it should be 1/3 filled with water and the rest air.
A standard PET bottle will withstand 80 PSI easily IF your join between the 2 will!..
It's not always the case that making it bigger results in a higher flight there is a lot of drag/stability and weight problems with a bigger rocket.
Multi stage is a better option. Search.
