Is there a sandbox for practicing creating and posting an instructables without publishing (and making a fool of yourself)?

. Certainly! Just input you iBle, but don't hit the Publish button. Your iBle is still on the system, just not readily available to the public. If you don't like the results, delete it.

. BTW, your iBle will be viewable by others (for proof-reading, &c) before it is published, but there won't be a link to it anywhere on the site. Just copy the URL when previewing the page.
